Alix Earle is joining Jimmy Fallon and John Stamos for the second season of Who Billionaire? Me Billionaire, the short-form comedy series from The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
The 25-year-old social media star will guest-star in the new season, according to The Wrap. New episodes are set to begin rolling out Sunday, September 27, with Fallon and Stamos returning alongside Kasey Esser, Delaney Rowe and Rose Kelso.
TikTok star Jake Musser is also joining the series as a guest star.
What Is ‘Who Billionaire? Me Billionaire’?
Who Billionaire? Me Billionaire is a satirical take on soap operas, using the short-form storytelling format that has become increasingly popular across social media.
According to The Wrap, Season 2 picks up after the engagement party, where billionaire in disguise Doug, played by Stamos, revealed that he had stolen the fortune of Chaiston, played by Fallon. The revelation puts Chaiston’s engagement to Kinsleigh, played by Kelso, in jeopardy.
The new season will bring additional drama as Chaiston becomes increasingly unhinged.
Season 2 Expands the Series
The project comes from The Tonight Show head writer A.D. Miles. The first season consisted of 10 installments, while the second season expands to 12 episodes released across two nights.
The return of Fallon and Stamos, along with the addition of Earle and Musser, adds new faces to the short-form comedy’s cast as the story continues.
When and Where to Watch Season 2
The first installment of Season 2 will premiere during a special Sunday episode of The Tonight Show, airing after NBC’s Sunday Night Football coverage and local newscasts.
Following the broadcast, Episodes 1 through 6 will be released on The Tonight Show’s social media platforms and Peacock.
Another installment will air during the Monday, September 28, broadcast. Episodes 7 through 12 will then be released online, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
